Why choose an individual
CCB session?
An individual CCB session is the gold standard of guided breathwork. The one-to-one setting allows for a particularly attuned and responsive approach to your personal themes, questions, and current life situation. Throughout the session, my attention is fully dedicated to you and your breathing process. This makes it possible to identify and support breathing patterns, physical responses, and emotional dynamics as they arise, in a precise and differentiated way. At the same time, this setting allows for the use of targeted supportive interventions – such as breath modulation and breath retention, selected body-based impulses, vocalisation, or other process-oriented elements. In this way, a reliable and safely held space is created in which intense processes can unfold and be integrated. An individual session can be particularly beneficial if you bring a specific intention or are seeking a consciously guided, individually tailored form of breathwork. It is suitable both for beginners and for those with prior experience in breathwork, therapy, meditation, or yoga.

Effects of CCB
Changes in breathing dynamics lead, within a few minutes, to a shift in the oxygen–carbon dioxide balance in the blood, as well as to changes in the brain and nervous system. This may be accompanied by a deepened sense of bodily and self-awareness, as well as by altered states of consciousness in which emotional processes become more accessible. Many people report a transition into calmer yet more alert states, often accompanied by a sense of inner clarity and regulation. A more detailed overview of the potential effects of CCB can be found on the page “What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?”
Conscious Connected Breathwork may be supportive in the following areas, among others:
-
feelings of inner exhaustion or low energy – CCB may enhance vitality, clarity, and a sense of inner orientation
-
ongoing stress or inner restlessness – CCB supports nervous system regulation and emotional integration
-
difficulties in perceiving the body or breath consciously – CCB fosters a deeper and more refined awareness of body and self
-
emotionally challenging themes or inner conflicts – CCB facilitates access to deeper (implicit) layers of experience and processing
-
sleep difficulties or reduced capacity for recovery – CCB supports physiological relaxation and regenerative processes
-
the wish for personal development or spiritual practice – CCB can enable the experience of expanded states of consciousness and support spiritual processes
Note: CCB is an intensive breathing technique and may not be suitable for everyone at all times. Please refer to the contraindications listed on the page “What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?”
Structure of a session
A full session typically lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. We begin with a conversation to clarify your intention and current situation. This is followed by an introduction to the breathing technique and, if appropriate, preparatory yoga, fascia, and breathing exercises. The breathing journey itself usually takes place lying down. At the center of an individual session is a phase of intensive, conscious connected breathing lasting around 50 minutes, followed by a 10–15 minute relaxation phase. Key elements of the form of CCB I facilitate include nose–mouth breathing (inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth), an increased breathing rate, and a wave-like breathing motion moving from the lower abdomen into the chest, followed by a relaxed exhalation. The breathing is continuous, without pauses between inhalation and exhalation. After the breathing journey, there is a period of integration and rest, followed by a closing conversation.
During the breathing phase, I work with carefully curated music sequences that structure and support the process in a wave-like manner. If desired, vocalisation, breath retention, targeted body-based interventions, as well as essential oils (aromatherapy) and other supportive elements can be integrated into the session. All elements are explained in detail beforehand and tailored to the individual.
