Tantra-informed Guidance
for Men and Couples

As part of my long-standing engagement with spiritual practice traditions (see “About me”), I have studied traditional forms of Hindu Tantra in depth, in particular the Kaula tradition of Kashmiri Śaiva-Śākta Tantra as well as Śrīvidyā, a South Indian tradition of goddess worship. From 2020 to 2024, I was a student of a traditional tantric teacher and was introduced to advanced forms of practice and energy guidance that continue to shape my work. The tantric-yogic path remains at the center of my own practice.

Kashmiri Śaiva-Śākta Tantra, which primarily informs my work, is a comprehensive spiritual philosophy and practice that encompasses all aspects of life. It has little in common with what is often understood in the West as “Tantra” (or “Neo-Tantra”), particularly in its common reduction to sexuality. In light of these simplifications, as well as problematic dynamics and power asymmetries within parts of the Western Tantra scene, I approach the sharing of this knowledge with particular care. At the same time, I consider a differentiated and responsible transmission of tantric praxis-knowledge to be both meaningful and necessary in the current context.

I therefore offer guidance for men and couples who wish to engage with this field. Given the sensitivity of the topic, our work takes place exclusively in a conversational format. Practical exercises are not part of the sessions themselves but are offered as individually tailored practice impulses for independent exploration at home.

Breath ≡ Prāṇa ≡ Consciousness

For Men

A central aspect of male tantric practice is the conscious engagement with one’s own sexual energy as a manifestation of Śakti. In this context, I support men with a particular focus on ejaculatory control and the associated physical and psychological processes. This work is not about performance enhancement, but about the conscious cultivation of an energy that is often experienced as chaotic and difficult to regulate. When practiced correctly, ejaculatory control can lead to a fundamental clarification and reorganisation of male sexuality: impulses lose their compulsive quality, the dynamic shifts from rapid discharge toward conscious cultivation, and a growing capacity emerges to experience sexuality in a more sustained, aware, and deeply connected way.

For couples

The deeper home of many tantric practices lies, for me, within the context of a committed relationship. I support couples in approaching their relationship as a space of conscious encounter and in gradually opening to expanded forms of presence and mutual resonance, particularly to the polarity of worship and self-surrender as described in traditional tantric contexts. On this basis, and where appropriate, the erotic dimension of the relationship can also be included in the form of specific, guided practices.
